He is deeply conversant with the complex nuances of Commercial Litigation, Contentious IP issues and his understanding of complex trial procedures make him an expert strategist and Litigator. The firm is an active member of the INTA (International Trademark Association); APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association) and regularly attends its Annual meetings and other events. Domestically, he is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA); Saket Bar Association (SBA) & IPAA (Intellectual Property Attorney Association). He has extensive experience in handling various commercial arbitration and dispute resolution matters before the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court.
