Trademark is defined under Section 2 (1)(zb) of the Trademarks Act, 1999 which means a mark capable of being represented graphically and which is capable of distinguishing the goods and services of one person from another. A design as per the Designs Act, 2000 is a feature of shape configuration, pattern ornament or composition of lines applied to any two dimensional or three dimensional articles by a manual or industrial process in which the finished article is judged solely by the eye. We advise myriad variety of clients on registration of its Industrial Designs governed by the aforesaid Act.
